• Added support for additional object name validation logic:
  • Force upper or lower case text
  • User defined maximum length
  • Validate name based on user defined regular expression
  • Token validation to split name and validate against known list of tokens
  • Token validation to confirm class words used in last position in token list
• Added support for additional attribute validation logic:
  • User defined maximum length
  • Validate attribute value based on user defined regular expression
  • Token validation to split attribute and validate against known list of tokens
  • Token validation to confirm class words used in last position in token list
  • Added support to disable ability to edit attributes from either UI and/or Import for all users
  • Added support for marking an attribute as required separately on Edit and/or Adding objects.
• Improved support for Netezza ActiveLinx instances configured with and without multiple schema support
• Improved propagation auto-run utility to support propagation over graph of objects when relationships are all persisted in the database

Like the rest of MetaCenter, all the new features are point and click configurable via the MetaCenter web interface. With this release, MetaCenter continues to set the standard for ease of use and return on investment for metadata solutions.

MetaCenter 3.11.4 is currently available for licensing and demonstration at your organization today.
