Long Description:

Please answer the following questions:

(A) What date and time did you encounter the issue?

(B) What were you doing when the issue occurred?

(C) Can you reproduce the issue?

(D) Can you reproduce the issue after restarted the web server process?

(E) Please send a screenshot of the entire screen with the error in a compressed file to support@dag.com

(F) Please send in a compressed file, all of the log files from the web server to support@dag.com

**If the files exceed 10 MB compressed, please use your FTP account.
